Call 02380 772968 to ask for a message to go to the member of staff. Email info@st-marks-southampton.org.uk. We will tell you who this has passed to within 48 hours (2 school days). You should receive a reply or further contact, within 5 school days

IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS COMPLAINT OR NOT HAD YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED

Call 02380 772968 or email info@st-marks-southampton.org.uk and ask for escalation to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and state that you would like a member of SLT to contact you as soon as possible. Such instances will be acknowledged within 48 hours (2 school days) and replied to in 5 school days or 20 days if an investigation is required.

You may wish to come in to school and ask to speak to someone directly; a duty member of staff or SLT will be able to hear your concerns.

If SLT are unable to resolve your concern, please write to the Executive Headteacher via info@st-marks-southampton.org.uk or in writing.

If the Executive Headteacher is unable to resolve your concern, they will direct you to the school’s Co-Chairs of Governors.
